Ashlee is a teacher, a maker, and a mom who believes in showing up to the mat as your real, messy, beautiful self. Everyone is encouraged to "come-as-you-are," and her dynamic "dual-prompting" approach means that every class serves every experience level.

Beyond the studio
Ashlee provides chair and restorative yoga to senior living homes around town, and is a registered wellness provider for Wisconsin's CLTS program. Her CLTS services provide mindfulness, awareness, and life skills coaching for children with disabilities.
When she's not teaching, you'll find Ashlee spending time with the family or in the lab making things by hand for Confidential Goods, her fiber-arts shop: punch needle, tufted rugs, and hand-embroidered earrings.
She puts it simply: Making is Mindfulness.
See you on the Mat!
